Purpose
The coagulation survey is a battery of tests consisting of PTINR, APTT, Fibrinogen level, and platelet count. This battery of tests provides comprehensive testing to determine the clotting ability of a patient based on adequate levels of coagulation factors and adequate numbers of platelets.
