For the detection of bacteria responsible for infections of genital sites both male and female, including Gardnerella vaginalis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae.  NOT for the detection of Trichomonas vaginalis, Chlamydia trachomatis or for detection of Group B Streptococcus colonization.
