*Penicillin is active against 100% of GBS, cefazolin can be used when patients have mild penicillin allergy. Clindamycin should be used in patients at high risk of anaphylaxis. Contact Microbiology for susceptibility testing when clinically indicated. NOTE: Studies indicate 40% resistance to Clindamycin in SGB.
